WENINGER LODGE POLICIES AND RULES
By confirming the reservation, the Client explicitly accepts the rules and policies exposed in this document, including the general rules, the reservation policy, the policy privacy and important considerations. It further undertakes to deliver information regarding your person and follow the rules of the Lodge.
GENERAL RULES
- Weninger Lodge reserves the right of permanence of its guests, clients or passengers, who must respect the rules contained in this document.
- The client has the inescapable obligation to register at the time of arrival at the Lodge, and to register your departure at the end of your stay, respecting the check-in and check-out times.
- Check-in and check-out hours are:
Entry from 12:00 to 14:00
Departure from 10:00 to 12:00 - Breakfast hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- People other than those registered may not enter the Lodge.
- Should must be respected the time of Check-in and check-out, breakfast, room cleaning and use of common areas.
- The client who vacates his room after 12:00 on the day of his check-out hours, without prior notice and without justifying your delay, will be fined with the payment of a additional night.
- It will be Client’s obligation to pay the extra amounts for their stay in the lodge when the Administration requires it.
- The Client is responsible for the damages and/or losses caused to himself, to others guests, workers, or infrastructure and equipment of the Lodge, remaining obligated to the corresponding payment or indemnity.
- The Lodge does not have a Safe Box, so the Client is responsible for the money and/or valuables that brings with you.
- The value of the loss of articles belonging to the Lodge that are found in each room will be added to the guest’s final settlement at the time of checkout.
- The Lodge, being self-sustaining, works with a system of solar panels and a reservoir of own water, for which the proper and rational use of both services is requested by the Client.
- In order to take care of the environment, the Solar Panel System will be turned off at 23:00 hours and will turn on at 6:30 a.m., for which it is recommended to charge in the outlets for the guest’s personal equipment during that time range.
- All the lights and lights of the Lodge work 24 hours.
- Being a Petfriendly Lodge, the Client is responsible for the grooming of his pet, the pick up of their excreta in the garden and in the surroundings. Also, because it is an area of forests, we suggest walking your pets on a leash.
- The following is expressly prohibited:
- Smoking inside the Lodge.
- Cut trees, bushes, branches and flowers.
- Throw garbage around, wash vehicles and make bonfires in those areas.
- Park in unassigned space.
- Carry weapons of any kind.
- Make annoying noises and provoke altercations.
- Use the equipment of the Lodge for purposes other than those of its use.
- Remove from the rooms and common spaces any element or furniture belonging to the Lodge.
- Occupy appliances with high electrical consumption other than those installed in the rooms (hair dryers, hair irons and electric stoves).
- In general, any act that disturbs or bothers other guests.
RESERVATION POLICY
- Any request, modification or cancellation of reservations must be made in writing to weningerlodgecusco@gmail.com and it will be confirmed in the same way. if i were a urgency or last minute reservation you can write to WhatsApp: +51959348282, providing us with check-in and check-out dates and your full name.
- To proceed with your reservation, you must pay the first payment within 15 days. night of the arrival of the Client and make the total payment of his stay at the time of his registration at the Lodge. Regarding group reservations, 50% must be paid before 15 days from the arrival of the group, to be considered your confirmed reservation, after those deadlines will proceed to cancel the reservations.
- Both individual and group reservations can be canceled 14 days before of the client’s arrival, after this date the first night will be charged in compensation for the non-use of the reserve. If the cancellation is made in less than 24 hours will retain the total deposit made.
- Is considered a group from 10 guests or more.
- Send the Rooming List of group reservations 15 days before admission.
- In the event that the Client does not vacate their room at the established checkout time, 50% of the rate will be automatically charged. In the supposed case vacating after 6:00 p.m. will be charged the full rate. The Administration reserves the right to remove the guest’s personal belongings from the room once the check-out time has expired.
- Clients who enter the Lodge before check-in will not be entitled to breakfast.
- Children from 0 to 5 years old sharing a bed with their parents are free of charge. The Children’s age must be proven by means of an identity document. Maximum one child per adult.
- All payment with invoice is added the IGV (18%).
PRIVACY POLICY
- Weninger Lodge is aware of all legal regulations and is aware of the importance information privacy.
- The information that our clients give us will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances and for any use.
- The information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to maintain business contact.
- Our clients have the right to access the information they have provided previously, rectify it, oppose its treatment or cancel it.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
- The Lodge is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by strikes or social conflicts, weather conditions, rescheduling or cancellations carried out by air or land transport companies and for personal reasons of the passengers, applying in all these cases what is stipulated in our policy of Bookings.
- Our company takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients, but is not responsible for damages or injuries that may be caused by activities carried out during the tours or walks.
- Our company disclaims any liability for damages, injuries and/or damages that could be caused during the activities carried out in their tours or walks. Users of our services shall assume all risks inherent to adventure and exploration activities in the mountains and rural areas. The Clients must commit to conducting due diligence.
